How do I add my url?
Start at the main web directory page and
select the most appropriate category that represents your website. Then select
the Add Url link on that category, choose the type of submission that you require and fill out the form. It's as easy as that.

What type of websites can I add to the directory?
You can add any kind
of website to the directory as long as it's in the correct category and
complies with our guidelines
for listing

Can I add my website to more than one category?
If your website fits multiple categories you can list multiple times as long as ALL the entries are either Priority or Sponsored, if you want the free listings, then it's one website, one category.

What if I can't find a suitable category?
If you cant find a suitable category, contact us with your suggestion. Check back after a week or so to see if the category has been accepted and if so add your url.

Can I just have keywords for my title?
No. Your Title must contain your company/website name. You may also add your product or service. e.g. ABC Company - Wedding Photography. Please use Proper Title Text - if you don't it will be rejected.

How can I check the status of my request?
Check the status via www.weddingresource.co.uk - you will need to register and you must use the same e-mail address that you requested your listing with. You will need to respond to the activation e-mail so make sure that e-mails from info@weddingchaos.co.uk don't go into your spam/junk folder.

What if my website is not approved?
At the time we checked your listing it was in violation of our listing terms, they are detailed here. Against your listing there may be a specific reason. If it just says 'Rejected' then it was probably in violation of more than one guideline. If it was a Priority or Sponsored listing we will tell you that it was rejected and you have 14 days to make the required changes. After this point your listing will be rejected and the space made available to other companies.

Paid services 3 days, free services 7 days. Check the status via www.weddingresource.co.uk before contacting us for an update.

You rejected my listing, can I appeal, or request again?
If your listing has be rejected there is a very high chance that it was due to you ignoring the listing guidelines. We don't like wasting our time checking sites where the site owner has not bothered checking the listing guidelines. If you want a second chance, you will need to select a paid option. If it was a Priority or Sponsored listing we will tell you that it was rejected and you have 14 days to make the required changes. After this point your listing will be rejected and the space made available to other companies.

You rejected my paid listing request, can I get a refund?
In the unlikely event that we have rejected your listing for a reason that is not detailed in our guidelines, then yes - we will issue a full refund. If you ignored our listing guidelines we will only issue a refund subject to a £3 processing fee. If it was a Priority or Sponsored listing we will tell you that it was rejected and you have 14 days to make the required changes. After this point your listing will be rejected and the space made available to other companies.

Will you send an invoice?
If you have purchased a Priority or Sponsored Listing we will send you a confirmation e-mail once accepted. If you require an Invoice as well please let us know by reply (to your confirmation)

Can I change the thumbshot?
If you have purchased a Priority or Sponsored Listing, and want to use a specific image for your thumbshot, please send it over within an hour of submitting your details - we will then use that image when processing your request.

Do you offer any additional advertising methods?
No, not at the moment, but we will in the future.

What are the payment options?
If you submitting
a Priority or Sponsored listing your payment will be by credit or debit card through a secure payment server. We don't offer Paypal or other third party payment options. You can pay by cheque.

Can I remove my listing from the directory?
Well we can't think why you would want to do that, but if you do want to remove your link simply contact us with your site address and we will remove it. We can't give any time scale for the removing of links.
